By downloading, installing, and using the Plotix mobile app (the "App"), you agree to the following terms. Plotix is developed by Türkol Yazılım.
1. License
Türkol Yazılım grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or internal business use. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works of the App.
2. "As Is" Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is", with no warranty of accuracy, uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from defects. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Türkol Yazılım disclaims all express or implied warranties.
3. Data & User Responsibility
- All data you create (photos, coordinates, projects, tags) belongs to you.
- Türkol does not access this data nor claim any rights over it.
- You are responsible for backing up data you export. Türkol does not provide recovery in case of device change or app uninstallation.
4. Precision & Engineering-Use Warning
Coordinate values and CRS (Coordinate Reference System) transformations produced by the App are approximate. Plotix should not be used as the sole reference for engineering, cadastre, boundary, or other measurements that demand certified accuracy. For such purposes, use certified surveying equipment and official references.
5. Pro Subscriptions & One-Time Purchases
- The Pro Yearly subscription (
plotix_pro_yearly) auto-renews via Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Cancellation is performed in the corresponding store's settings. - The Pro Lifetime one-time purchase (
plotix_pro_lifetime) is subject to the relevant store's refund policy. - To migrate Pro status across devices/accounts, use the "Restore purchase" feature; you must sign in with the same store account.
- Türkol may change prices over time; price changes for current subscribers are notified before renewal.
6. Ads (Free Tier)
The free tier displays ads via Google AdMob. Türkol does not control the content of these ads. Upgrade to Pro to remove ads.
7. Free-Tier Limits
- Active projects: 3
- Features per project: 50
- Line / polygon drawing: Pro only
- KML / KMZ / SHP / GPX export: Pro only
These limits may be revised by Türkol Yazılım over time.
8. Limitation of Liability
Türkol Yazılım is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use or inability to use the App. This includes data loss, profit loss, business interruption, and reputational harm.
9. Termination
Türkol Yazılım reserves the right to terminate your access to the App in case of policy-violating use. You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the App. Pro subscriptions must be cancelled in the relevant store.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be notified inside the App, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Continued use after such an update means you accept the revised terms.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be settled by the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
