Field Data Collection

In the field there is not always an internet connection, but the work does not stop. We build field systems that run offline and sync themselves once connectivity returns.

The most common problem in field applications is loss of connectivity. We design our systems offline-first: data is secured on the device first, then transferred to the central system with conflict resolution rules once the connection is back.

Software the field team does not use produces no data. We design forms for field conditions — few taps, usable with gloves, readable in direct sunlight.

Capabilities

What we do in this area

Offline mobile collection

Data entry with geolocation and photos that works without a connection, plus automatic synchronisation.

Dynamic form design

Building field forms without writing code, with conditional fields and validation rules.

IoT sensor integration

Continuous data streams from LoRa and GSM based sensors, with alerts when thresholds are exceeded.

Drone-based inventory

Flight planning, imagery capture and automatic inventory extraction.

Field team management

Task assignment, route planning and completion tracking.

Use cases

Where does it deliver value?

Web and field forms, IoT sensor integration, drone-based inventory and live field data streams.

Let's discuss this
  1. Extracting infrastructure and street furniture inventory

  2. Recording inspection and control rounds

  3. Continuous collection of meter and sensor data

  4. Geolocated tracking of damage and fault reports

Our approach

Why Türkol?

Our developers do not write a single line of code before they know the field. Before designing a field application we go out into the field with the team that does the work.
